Job Summary

Our Client:
A medium sized operator in West Africa who also have operations across the Middle East and South East Asia.
Job Description:
As the Senior Drilling Supervisor you will undertake the supervision of a Jack Up rig to achieve the safe and efficient delivery of development, exploration and appraisal wells, in water depths between 19ft and 200ft, offshore Nigeria.
The operations involve:
High angle / extended reach drilling
Casing cementations (long cement columns)
Drilling depleted reservoirs
Use of splitter wellhead technology
Potential for deep leg penetrations (>150ft)
Third party staff, service and equipment quality
Complex supply chain and logistics

Skills and Experience
Candidate requirements:

• You must have a very strong background with leadership in a complex and sensitive business and operational environment
• Extensive background in Jack Up operations
• Any previous experience working offshore in West Africa would be an advantage
• BOSIET offshore firefighting and survival or equivalent, including HUET.
  IWCF sub sea well control at supervisory level or equivalent.
