Liverpool are attempting to loan Ryan Bertrand but Chelsea aren't interested

Liverpool are looking to sign Ryan Bertrand on a loan basis however due to the treatment of Victor Moses at the club who is currently on loan to Liverpool, Chelsea are ready to say no. Rodgers had won against a lot of competing clubs to get Moses and the midfielder has only made six league starts so far. The Nigerian was substitued during the FA Cup third round game against Oldham and the manager hinted that he needed to rely on his best players to finish the job.
Moses is on good form so the Jose Mourinho can't understand why Brendan Rodgers doesn't play him more often. Due to the lack of attention payed to the on form midfielder Mourinho has no interest in letting the same thing happen to Ryan Bertrand.
