A man moved to a new town and was looking for a woman.
Rather than going to out to find a woman, Kareem Collins, 38, of Louisiana, called police to bring him a woman.
Collins, a convicted sex offender, 38, was jailed on Saturday, after he allegedly called 911 to announce that "he needed a woman."
On Saturday night, Collins called 911, and he told an operator that "he needed a woman."
When the St. Tammany Parish police dispatcher received the strange phone call, a deputy was dispatched to the home of Collins.
Deputies who responded to the call, soon learned that Collins was a convicted sex offender, who had not registered his address change after moving from New Orleans to Slidell.
Collins was arrested and booked into Parish County Jail and charged with failure to register a change of address.
